In this 8th edition, we present two concerts:
Pablo Verón (Volll), a musician and producer visiting us from Argentina. His practice explores electronics through live improvisation, using arpeggiators as a central axis to unfold rhythmic sequences that interact with sampling and synthesis textures.
Visions in Red, a project by Raúl Dávila (Mexico) and João Braz (Portugal), electric guitar and cello, respectively. The name and concept are based on the book by Victoria Cirlot about the visions of Julian of Norwich, a 14th-century mystical writer, whose images resulting from her visionary experiences align with the expressive forms of medieval iconographic tradition, relating to the abstract, monochromatic, and textural elements of 20th-century art. The proposal is an immersive experience at both musical and visual levels.
