This initiative will be inaugurated on Friday, May 27, 2016, with the presentation of the first edition of Angular publishing and a sample of works by filmmaker Blanca Rego. This first session, divided into two distinct parts, proposes an aesthetic and semantic dialogue between works that explore the cinematic and acoustic possibilities of both film tools and digital devices.
CRANC is a series of experimental film and video screenings taking place at L’Automàtica print shop in Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona since May 2016.
Cran is a notch made in something as a sign for a purpose.
Cran is also the notch made in printing types so that the upper part can be distinguished by touch from the lower part.
CRANC is written with a final C, a C for Cinema.
